We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Restricting access to your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

You are liable for any activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or not.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 ZenWrites Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by ZenWrites and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

  • Software, code, and algorithms
  • Website design and layout
  • Text, graphics, and logos
  • Trade secrets and know-how

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Service, you grant us:

  • A license to store, process, and display your content
  • The right to modify content for formatting purposes
  • The ability to publish content to connected social platforms on your behalf

5.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated suggestions and ideas are provided for your inspiration. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing.

6. Payment & Subscription Terms

6.1 Fees

Paid subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.2 Free Trial

New users may be offered a free trial period. Your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Price changes will apply to new subscribers or at your next renewal period.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

7.2 Termination by ZenWrites

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENWRITES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

This limitation applies to actions based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms like LinkedIn. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

10.2 AI Providers

AI features are powered by third-party providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek). These services have their own terms and privacy policies that you should review.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZenWrites is established.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZenWrites regarding the Service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
